All massage appointments must be booked in advance. We do not accept walk-in appointments. We do have last minute appointments available, but each massage requires an appointment booked online or by calling ahead.

You must give a minimum of 24 hour notice of any cancellation to receive no charge. You will be charged half price if you contact us 3-12 hours before the appointment. If you contact us less than 3 hours before the appointment or no show, you will be charged full price.

What if I don’t show up for my appointment?

You will be charged full price and will not receive a refund for any reason. A credit card is required on file for any booking.

Late Arrivals for Massage Appointment

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow ours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and our other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Gift Certificates DO expire. We do not extend gift certificates for any reason. Please plan accordingly. Gift Cards are good for 3-12 months depending on the special, promotion, or holiday offer at the time of purchase. If your gift card is lost, stolen, or expired, it will not be replaced or refunded.

Massage Preparation

What can I expect from a massage?

When you arrive for your appointment, you will first check in with our front desk manager. Our massage facilities are around the corner, where your Therapist will greet you. Once in the room, the Therapist will ask you a few questions regarding your visit. You will discuss any specific issues, areas to work and avoid, discuss any and all information you are willing to share to help your Therapist best service your needs. Whatever you find most relaxing or what you are expecting, please tell your Therapist and don’t be afraid to to ask/tell what you need. Please communicate during the session if you would like more/less pressure, silence, music, or anything else you may need. Your massage is your time, and our Therapists are here to make it the best experience and most enjoyable for your specific needs/wants.

Once your session is complete, your Therapist will step out of the room for your privacy of moving off of the table and getting dressed. They will greet you on the other side of the door with water and direct you to the receptionist area where you can checkout and rebook your next appointment.

What happens during a session?

You'll start the session by filling out some confidential paperwork, and we will discuss your goals, even if it is just to relax and de-stress. You will then be left alone in the massage room to undress to your level of comfort. You'll get on the massage table, where you will cover yourself up with the sheet and blankets. Therapists don't enter the room until you tell them you are ready. There is music playing in the background, unless you prefer silence. When the massage is done, Therapists leave the room for you to re-dress privately.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my session?

It helps to be well hydrated, so be sure to drink plenty of fluids the day before and day of your massage. If you are coming in for a facial massage, please have any make-up removed prior.

Is it okay to talk during my session?

That is totally up to you. Therapists will occasionally ask a few questions, pertaining to your comfort level, massage pressure, and how you are feeling. Some people relax by talking while others prefer to have their massage in silence. It's your massage – you get to decide if you want to talk to not. Often times, people will start out talking, then "drift away" as the massage proceeds. Whatever helps you to relax the most is best.

How often should I get a massage?

That really depends on what your goals are and your budget. We recommend getting a massage at least once a month, as the effects are cumulative. A few of our clients come in once a week, most of them come in every other week, some every 3 weeks, and some once a month. All of them recognize the importance of self-care, and the health benefits that they enjoy from receiving massage on a regular basis. For repetitive needs or injury, we do offer massage packages. Should I refer my friends and family?

Yes, please! Referrals are an important aspect of our business. We appreciate the trust you put in us, and we promise to take care of your friends and family as well as we take care of you!
